Mitsubishi Cars 2009

Mitsubishi 2010 2009 Future cars: In 2009 Mitsubishi is offering several changes to their existing car line. They don’t seem to have a new concept car, but the Lancer will have plenty of changes to make it worth your while. The 2009 Lancer comes in a range of prices depending on the basic or luxury package you might want.
You can find this vehicle for 12,000 to 25,000 dollars. There are a couple of drive types, as well as engine choices.First the drive train is either front or all wheel drive. For the engine you can choose the I4 with 152 horsepower, 168hp, or 235hp. The Lancer has a CVTN automatic transmission choice or manual speed.

While we are lucky to get the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution series here in Australia, we do miss out on another sports car from the Japanese manufacturer that the North Americans get and that is the Eclipse range.
The sporty coupe is popular with car enthusiasts and aftermarket tuners and Mitsubishi has just released some images of the 2009 face-lifted Eclipse a week out from its official unveiling at the Chicago Auto Show.
Mitsubishi has unveiled the production version of the i-MiEV, the new-generation electric vehicle (EV), describing it as “the pioneer that will open the door to the next 100 years of our automobile society.”-
The iMiEV will go on sale on the Japanese market in late July of this year. Mitsubishi Motors expects to distribute, on a maintenance lease basis, some 1,400 i-MiEV models in fiscal...
Mitsubishi officially unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show the iMiEV SPORT AIR - a concept for a sporty electric vehicle that gives an indication of the direction EVs may take in the future.i MiEV SPORT AIR employs the same rear-midship layout as i MiEV but uses a more powerful version of the permanent magnet synchronous electric motor that powers the base model, generating 60 kW of power (against i MiEV’s 47 kW) and 230 Nm of torque (180 Nm.) The car also exploits its long wheelbase to locate the large-capacity lithium-ion battery system under the floor deck.To lower the center of gravity and increase driving stability the main EV system components (battery module, inverter, battery charger) are located as low as possible. The roof panel is made of lightweight plastic to facilitate fitting and removal as well as to further lower the car’s center of gravity. i MiEV SPORT AIR ’s modular body structure uses tailgate panels and plastic body to reduce weight around the rear axle where the powertrain and EV system components are installed and thereby achieve an ideal 50:50 front/rear weight distribution.
The 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer is expected to hit the markets as the Ralliart in most countries. They expect to have several options in the Lancer from the DE, ES, to the GTS model. If you want you can get the Lancer as a two door vehicle for more style. The performance of the Lancer is top notch for its design. It fits well in the compact world considering the competition from Hyundai, Chevrolet, and Mazda.
